The article is devoted to the review of the long-term legislative activity of the Honored
Lawyer of the RSFSR N.I. Bernstein, one of the authors of the Civil Code of the RSFSR
of 1922, in charge of the 1920s–1960s in the Soviet government for the development
of regulatory legal acts.
