REQUISITION OF LAND FOR STATE
OR MUNICIPAL NEEDS

In the article the analysis of the institution of requisition of land plots for state or municipal
needs according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, suggested on historical
grounds established in this regulation, given the author’s assessment of compliance with
the existing regulation of basic provisions of civil law and the Constitution.
