On September 5, 2018, the first roundtable of the Financial club organized by International
and Comparative Law Research Center, dedicated to the novelties of Article 807 of the
Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This article is a summary of the meeting, which discussed the problems associated with
the application of the new regulation.
