Настоящая статья посвящена проблеме признания трехмерных объемов про-
странства объектами недвижимости, а также способам отражения 3D ситу-
аций в кадастре и реестре. Первая часть статьи посвящена понятию 3D си-
туации, а также текущей практике регулирования 3D ситуаций в России и за
рубежом. Вторая часть содержит анализ возможных путей развития россий-
ского законодательства в сфере регистрации прав на трехмерные объемы про-
странства и регулирования 3D ситуаций.

Ключевые слова: 3D кадастр; недвижимость; земельный участок; единый объ-
