В статье анализируется изменение правил о недействительности противо-
законных сделок согласно новой редакции ст. 168 ГК РФ и Пленуму ВС РФ от
23 июня 2015 г. № 25. Автор разбирает понятия публичного интереса, инте-
ресов третьих лиц и положения Пленума ВС РФ.

Ключевые слова: ничтожность; противозаконные сделки; публичные интересы;
ст. 168 ГК РФ.
