Экспертное заключение по проекту федерального закона № 755885-6 «О внесении изменений в Гражданский кодекс Российской Федерации в части введения мер защиты национальной экономики»
В настоящем номере журнала публикуются три экспертных заключения, подготовленных Советом при Президенте Российской Федерации по кодификации и совершенствованию гражданского законодательства: по проекту концепции гармонизации законодательства о некоммерческих организациях с Гражданским кодексом Российской Федерации, по проекту федерального закона «О внесении изменений в Градостроительный кодекс Российской Федерации», а также по проекту федерального закона от 18 мая 2015 г. № 755885-6 «О внесении изменений в Гражданский кодекс Российской Федерации в части введения мер защиты национальной экономики».
