FORGOTTEN ISSUES OF INSURANCE LAW

The article is a review of publications published in the first half of the 1920s by the oldest
Soviet civilian M.Ya. Pergament, on various issues of insurance law, including the legal
nature of insurance, the monopoly of state property insurance, the ratio of compulsory
and voluntary insurance, the limits of liability of the insurer state.
