Некоторые вопросы охраны интеллектуальных прав при создании объектов путем 3D-печати

Основным предметом исследования в настоящей статье выступают трехмерная печать и компьютерные модели, печать которых осуществляется с использованием 3D-принтера. Предпринимается попытка найти ответы на следующие вопросы: какие изменения происходят в связи с появлением 3D-печати; чем по сути является печать – новым способом использования или объективной формой выражения оригинальных произведений; каким образом существующие объекты должны охраняться от незаконного использования; какая модель охраны будет наиболее подходящей для трехмерных компьютерных моделей и напечатанных объектов?
