И ДОКТРИНЫ ЗАКОННЫХ ОЖИДАНИЙ

В статье анализируется проблема соотношения принципа эстоппель и доктрины законных ожиданий. Автор отвечает на вопрос о допустимости отождествления данных правовых институтов, а также исследует перспективы их развития в российской системе права, руководствуясь зарубежным опытом их практического применения и законодательного закрепления.

The article is about relation between estoppel and the doctrine of legitimate expectations – two private law’s institutions. The author gave an answer to question about ability of mixing these institutions with each other and analyzed their future development in
Russian law system with help of foreign rules of their using.
